Ingredients
- 2 whole wheat tortillas (120 g)
- 180 g turkey breast slices (6.3 oz)
- 1 small avocado (100 g / ½ cup mashed)
- 60 g lettuce (2 cups)
- 80 g tomato slices (½ cup)
- 50 g cucumber slices (⅓ cup)
- 40 g light cheese (⅓ cup shredded)
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the avocado mixture over the tortillas.
- Add lettuce, tomato slices, cucumber, turkey breast, and light cheese.
- Drizzle with Greek yogurt.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into wraps.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
