- 450 g lean ground turkey (1 lb)
- 400 g sweet potatoes, diced (about 3 cups)
- 150 g broccoli florets (about 2 cups)
- 150 g red bell pepper, diced (about 1 cup)
- 80 g red onion, sliced (about ½ cup)
- 15 ml olive oil (1 tbsp)
- 5 g garlic powder (1 tsp)
- 5 g paprika (1 tsp)
- 3 g salt (½ tsp)
- 2 g black pepper (½ tsp)
Yogurt Sauce :
- 120 g plain Greek yogurt (½ cup)
- 15 ml lemon juice (1 tbsp)
- 2 g garlic powder (½ tsp)

Instructions :
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the sweet potatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, and onion on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Roast for 25–30 minutes until the vegetables are tender and lightly golden.

Meanwhile, cook the ground turkey in a large skillet over medium heat for 8–10 minutes until fully cooked and lightly browned.
Step 5
Mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
Step 6
Divide the roasted vegetables into serving bowls and top with the cooked turkey.
Step 7
Drizzle with the yogurt sauce and serve immediately.
