- 50 g red onion, finely sliced (⅓ cup)
- 15 ml olive oil (1 tbsp)
Seasoning :
- 10 ml lime juice (2 tsp)
- 5 g garlic powder (1 tsp)
- 3 g paprika (½ tsp)
- 3 g salt (½ tsp)
- 2 g black pepper (½ tsp)

Instructions :
Step 1
Season the diced chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lime juice.

Prepare the rice according to package instructions if not already cooked.
Step 4
