These frozen peanut butter banana yogurt bites are creamy, refreshing, and perfect for a healthy calorie deficit dessert. Made with simple ingredients and naturally sweet flavors, they are an easy high-protein frozen treat for summer cravings.
Ingredients
- 200 g Greek yogurt (¾ cup)
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 30 g natural peanut butter (2 tbsp)
- 15 g honey or sugar-free syrup (1 tbsp)
- 40 g dark chocolate, melted (¼ cup)
- Optional: crushed peanuts for topping

Instructions
1. Prepare the Banana Slices
Slice the banana into thick rounds and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
2. Add the Yogurt
Mix the Greek yogurt with honey. Spoon a small amount over each banana slice.
3. Add Peanut Butter & Chocolate
Drizzle peanut butter and melted dark chocolate over the yogurt bites.
4. Freeze & Serve
Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm. Serve immediately after removing from the freezer.
