Ingredients :
- 8 large eggs
- 120 g breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled (½ cup)
- 50 g fresh spinach, chopped (2 cups loosely packed)
- 60 g shredded cheddar cheese (½ cup)
- 30 ml heavy cream (2 tbsp)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Butter or cooking spray for greasing the muffin pan

Instructions :
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin pan.

Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain any excess fat.
