Ingredients :
- 2 large ripe bananas (about 240 g)
- 160 g rolled oats (2 cups)
Optional:

- vanilla extract

Instructions :
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
Step 3
Add the rolled oats and mix well until fully combined.
Step 4
Scoop small portions onto the baking tray and gently flatten into cookie shapes.
Step 5
Bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
Step 6
