Ingredients :
For the Chicken Bowl
- 450 g chicken breast (1 lb)
- 300 g cooked rice (2 cups)
- 150 g broccoli florets (2 cups)
- 100 g carrots, sliced (¾ cup)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
For the Honey Garlic Sauce
- 30 ml honey (2 tbsp)
- 15 ml low-sodium soy sauce (1 tbsp)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 15 ml water (1 tbsp)

Instructions :
Step 1
Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
Step 4
Add broccoli and carrots to the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
Step 5
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and water.
Step 6
Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes until everything is coated.
Step 7
