Ingredients
- 120 g oats (1 ¼ cups)
- 2 medium apples, diced
- 200 g Greek yogurt (¾ cup)
- 1 egg
- 30 g honey or sugar-free syrup (2 tbsp)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
1. Prepare the Apples
Dice the apples into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix the Batter
Add oats, Greek yogurt, egg, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and baking powder. Mix until fully combined.
3. Bake the Dessert
Transfer the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes until golden.
4. Cool & Serve
Let the dessert cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or chilled with extra yogurt if desired.
